This action creates a new list/library in any site.

1. Site –name or run-time URL for the site where the list/library is to be created
2. Template - select one of the installed list/library templates.
3. Name – enter an expression evaluated to the list/library name.
4. Description – enter optional description for the list/library.
5. Quick launch - option for the new list to appear in side navigation bar.

When using the Runtime value, the site URL is dynamically retrieved based on the configured pattern. The pattern can include column values and functions. This way the location of the new list can be different each time, based on the passed values.
